The province of Raymah includes many important archaeological sites, which witness a great turnout from local and foreign visitors, and the most important of these sites are the following:
1- Dhamar Castle: It is located within the city of Dhamar, and provides a witness to the ancient Yemeni civilization, as it dates back to ancient times, which dates back to about 2500 BC.
2- The Red House Church: Also known as the Red Monastery, it is an ancient Christian church located in the town of Al Mahmoud, south of the governorate, and dates back to the fifth century AD.
3- Al-Ahdal Mosque: It is considered one of the oldest mosques in the governorate and dates back to the ninth century AD.
4- Sheikh Abdullah Al-Tahweshi Mosque: It is located in the city of Al-Hodeidah, and is considered one of the most important Islamic monuments in the province. It was built in the twentieth century.
